Hello, I am Dr. Nancy Sharma.
I am board-certified in Medical Oncology and am licensed to practice in all 50 states. I have over 15 years of experience as a medical oncologist and hematologist. I have strived to stay at the forefront of cutting-edge oncology research and treatments such as immunotherapy and targeted treatments. I am also deeply committed to improving my patients' quality of life.
Losing my grandfather to cancer and, more recently, my personal close call with a cancer diagnosis, forced me to reevaluate my lifestyle choices. I am paying close attention to the life forces that are helping me thrive. I want to share the same with you. In my clinical practice, I observed the same effect in my patients. Those who chose to explore balancing lifestyle and nutrition did far better in their treatment outcomes. These personal experiences have fueled my quest to identify and formulate health protocols that are safe and supplement traditional cancer treatments.
I firmly believe in the power of integrating traditional therapies with holistic and alternative options. The biggest challenge in this integration is that not many medical oncologists are aware of the complementary and alternative treatments available to support cancer patients. On the other hand, the naturopathic and functional medicine providers are not very well versed in the complexities of cancer treatments, This leaves cancer patients confused and miss out on treatments that can improve their quality of life and outcomes.
